I am Richard Vigil, a Graphic Communicator. My work ethic is strong and I take pride in projects well done, within budget and time constraints. My marketing and advertising background includes working In-House departments, advertising & sales promotional agencies and as a freelance designer. All projects require communication, co-ordination and co-operation. I work well within a team environment.
